Hartland River Park

Where our wild selves live...

Hartland River Park is nestled against ***Blah Blah State forest, where the Hartland River merges with Wombat Creek, halfway between Nowa Nowa and Orbost in East Gippsland, Victoria.  This riparian journey begins in the beautiful foothills south of Buchan and the magnificent Snowy River catchment to empty into the Ewing Morass, where its waters permeate through the great sand dunes into the Pacific Ocean.  We are 7 km's (as the crow flies through the forest) to the ocean, where the sound of waves crashing can be heard in the evenings and early mornings.

At the time of writing this, we are in the process of moving (from the Snowy Mtns, NSW) to establish our new life here.  Hartland River Park is where much magic is awaiting, from herb farm to clinics, hipcamp, horse breeding and no doubt a melange of creative happenings in between!  So please bear with us as we kick into gear

We sincerely look forward to welcoming people to our property;  sharing our knowledge, helping more horses, getting to know the local community and continuing this life's adventure with evolving awareness, warm hearts and a considerable dash of humor.

Our Horses

We don't breed large numbers, we breed for a quality all purpose horse that is well put together, smart & level headed with bling as a bonus. Gentle and respectful handling/training to prepare our horses for good lives with humans.  Morgan/Paint crosses & the rare Red/Chestnut Clydesdale
